What belongs on the western scale?
1 of 3: The blue waves on the west scale represent water.
2 of 3: You should have found a Small Waterskin earlier on this level, in one of the rooms with lions' heads.
3 of 3: You can fill the waterskin by using it in the pool behind the scales, and then use it on the scale to pour the water on the scale. (You need to go into your inventory to select the Waterskin -- you can't just use ACTION and let the game select the item for you.)
