2 of 6: 67) Near the very start of the level.
3 of 6: Look at the building directly ahead of the entrance (to the east). Shoot through the "Danger" sign and look around the room carefully.
4 of 6: If you use your flares or fire your pistols to kill the creatures in this room, you may see a bit of a darker patch in the center of the room.
5 of 6: This is a hidden trap door.
6 of 6: Walk onto it, and use ACTION on its west side to open the door. Climb down the ladder to pick up the "secret" medipack below.
