Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Hints
How do I get out of the pyramid maze?
1 of 7: If you haven't found that maze yet, it's part of the way across the ravine near the start of the level.
2 of 7: Notice that some of the blocks (or walls, if you prefer) lower as you get near them.
3 of 7: Or to be precise, stepping on a slightly colored tile in front of the block will lower the block. And those same blocks/walls raise again once you step on the tile on the other side.
4 of 7: The hallways with those blocks are essentially one-way passages. That is, the tile on one side of the block will lower the block, and the other tile will raise (and only raise) it.
5 of 7: If you want to, you can figure out which way those passages run and map out this maze yourself. Or, if you prefer, you can use the map below.
6 of 7: Either way, you need to head to the south end of the maze, where you will find the Eastern Shaft Key past a guard. Once you have the key, the gate on the north side of the maze will open, and you can then head back out.
7 of 7: Note that, since all of the passages in this maze run one way only, you can't retrace your steps. You'll need to find another path back to the entrance, either by using my map or making your own.
