Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Hints
How do I open the locked gate to the north of all of the pits?
1 of 11: You actually need to head back across most of those pits toward the entrance. The tools you need to unlock that gate are there.
2 of 11: In particular, turn off down the only hallway to the east and go up.
3 of 11: You'll shortly come to a room with a large sloped floor. There will be a doorway at the bottom of the room -- go through that doorway and get past the sliding blocks to the next room.
4 of 11: When you get past those sliding blocks, you be in a room with a bunch of unlit torches on the wall.
5 of 11: There's also an unlit torch on the floor, and a few torches on the wall that are lit.
6 of 11: Pick up the unlit torch, light it on one of the lit torches, and then light the rest of the torches on the walls.
7 of 11: Once you do this, a door will open on the wall to the west. Go through that door and pull the switch to open a door at the top of the ramp in the previous room.
8 of 11: Head back through the sliding blocks and up the ramp into the room at the top -- where you will find four slots on the walls of that room.
