Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Hints
How do I get back to that device?
1 of 13: First, you probably want to activate the device with a switch in this room. Otherwise, there's no point in going to it.
2 of 13: On your way to that switch, you probably found some ledges above the ground level.
3 of 13: Those same ledges can also take you back up to the shaft of light.
4 of 13: As before, start by taking a running jump from the central platform to the southwest corner of the room. Climb up and to the east, and then jump to a bit of land in the southeast corner.
5 of 13: From there, two running jumps and grabs to the north will take you a ledge near the northeast corner, just to the east of the door with the switch.
6 of 13: Instead of turning to the west to that switch, climb up toward the east wall.
7 of 13: Jump over a short ramp, and then take a running jump to grab onto another ledge to the south.
8 of 13: At the southern end of the next platform, you should be below some "monkey bars".
9 of 13: You can grab onto those after jumping, and then turn to the left (toward the wall) when the monkey bars appear to dead end. (Or, you may try taking a running jump forward and to the left.)
10 of 13: Follow the path in that corner until you're facing west to a crawlspace. Use a running jump and grab to reach that crawlspace and go inside.
11 of 13: When you get to the end of the crawlspace, get out, and take a running jump to grab onto a block to the north.
12 of 13: Another running jump from here to the north will put you onto a beam just next to the blue shaft of light.
13 of 13: Climb onto the climbable wall that's just to the right of the shaft of light, and then climb left and up into the light. When you're near the device, a cut-scene will take care of the rest.
