How do I use the PDA tool manual?
The easiest way is to wait until you have recovered your tool pack from the sewers. Then, click on the tool icon to activate the tool manual. Now you can drag and drop the tool from the tool side onto the PDA, and it will tell you about that tool. This is important, as you must know what each tool does, and the pictures in the manual may be hard to understand. To save time, you can save your game, study each tool, and then restore the game.
