Destination: Treasure Island Hints
How can I get a ship that'll work with the map?
of 10: There's none around, so you'll have to make one.
of 10: To start with, get and disassemble the oilcloth-wrapped package that's on the other table inside the hollow head.
of 10: You'll find that it contains a hull and some masts for a model boat, plus a sailmakers' kit.
of 10: Use the masts on the hull to get an "assembly line formula" that's missing one item.
of 10: It's obvious that you need some sails, but you only have a sailmakers' kit, not actual sails.
of 10: You need to find some cloth that you can use the kit on to make some sails.
of 10: A usable piece of cloth is lying around back at the Gallows Cave.
of 10: It's one of the items that fell down to the ground with the skeleton.
of 10: Take the scrap of cloth from the skeleton, then use the sailmakers' kit on it in inventory.
of 10: That'll get you some sails that you can use to finish your model ship.
