How can I get the surgeon's case?
1 of 9: Do you see where it is?
2 of 9: It's in the mouth of the giant clam that's near the wreck.
3 of 9: The clam won't let you take the case, closing its mouth quickly every time you try.
4 of 9: You need to prevent it from being able to do that.
5 of 9: Look through your inventory for something that can jam the clam's mouth open.
6 of 9: How about your handy handspike?
7 of 9: It should be separate from the pick head. If it's not, disassemble the pick.
8 of 9: Get out the handspike and click on the clam (not the surgeon's case) to place it.
9 of 9: With the clam jammed, you can easily take the surgeon's case.
