Where can I find a loaded pistol?
1 of 10: Nowhere, but there is an unloaded pistol lying about.
2 of 10: Go back to the fort and search around it.
3 of 10: The unloaded pistol is on the ground outside, near where you tied up the two pirates.
4 of 10: Look next to one of the tables, to the right of the barrel.
5 of 10: There's a bag of bullets on one of the tables, so take it, too.
6 of 10: Combine them in inventory to find that you're missing an item.
7 of 10: What else does a pistol need in order to fire?
8 of 10: The answer is gunpowder.
9 of 10: You got a powderhorn earlier while you were devising a way to overpower the fort-occupying pirates, but it's empty now.
