How can I get the deadly snake off of Long John?

  • 2 of 10: Try talking to Long John.
  • 3 of 10: He doesn't dare to speak, lest the vibrations of his voice excite the snake into striking.
  • 4 of 10: But he does wiggle the fingers on his right hand a little.
  • 5 of 10: Look down at the floor near where Long John is standing.
  • 6 of 10: Close to you, there's an interactive spot on the floor where sunlight is shining down on it.
  • 7 of 10: Long John's drawing hints that you should use the sunlight against the snake, but how?
  • 8 of 10: Do you remember what Long John said earlier about the snakes often coming in here for shade?
  • 9 of 10: If you reflected some strong sunlight onto the snake, it'd probably slither off to seek shade elsewhere.
