2 of 5: Go back down to the landing next to where you tied your boat.
3 of 5: Click on the nearby bell to ring it and talk to the pirates.
4 of 5: When you propose to trade a treasure map for Pepita, the pirates will lower a basket and demand that you put some treasure in it.
