Reflect
When defending against magical attacks, the Reflect effect is even better than Resist Magicka since a successful Reflect not only saves you from getting hurt, but sends the spell back to possibly damage its caster (though note that it can't help you when your own magic is reflected back by an opponent). It's *very* hard to get a total constant Reflect of anywhere near 100%, but you can get fairly close if you combine the items listed below with the ones you can find in the main Morrowind game.
NOTE: King Helseth's Royal Signet Ring gives a constant 100% Reflect among many other great effects, but it's nearly impossible to get.
