The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal Hints
The Smith's Apprentice
of 9: You need to talk to a couple of people in Craftsmen's Hall to get started in this quest.
of 9: Talk to the disgruntled apprentice Ilnori Faustus if you want to hear him complain about how he's too good for his job.
of 9: I suspect he'll probably be quitting soon.
of 9: Come back a little later to talk to Bols Indalen, the smith, who sure enough says that his apprentice ran away. He also says that he's looking for anyone who might want some work.
of 9: Even if their experience isn't completely relevant.
of 9: The person you're looking for is in a fairly logical place for someone who's out of work.
of 9: Try the Winged Guar.
of 9: Talk to Therdon on the lower level, and "drink away" his troubles with him. You can then let him know about the job and receive a bottle of Cyrodiilic Brandy as a reward.
of 9: Talk to him again once he's settled into his new job at Craftsmen's Hall for a few repair prongs and hammers.
