Teleporting
You can use the console's CenterOnCell (COC) command to instantly teleport yourself to any area of the game as long as you know the area's exact name. You can always get the name of the area you're currently in by looking at the title bar of the game's map menu. Here's a list of all the new Tribunal areas that you can COC to, as in the following command, which teleports you to the Mournhold Royal Palace's Throne Room:
