Which sewer is Hloggar hiding in?
1 of 2: People will tell you that Hloggar is in the West Sewers, which are just off the Residential Sewers.
2 of 2: Specifically, look on the west side of that map, somewhat to the north, where the sewers start to turn into rough stone tunnels. (He's at location 1 on the Old Mournhold: Other Sewers 1 map.)
