Just how do I do anything at the Trinity Site?

When you get to the Trinity Site, you'll notice that the desert is way too vast for you to cross on foot.

3 of 8: Restore a game from earlier on, since you can't exit from the Trinity Site.

Back on the Wabe, if you look in the graveyard, you should find a pair of boots.
- Do I need to do anything at the cemetary?
5 of 8: When you put those boots on, you SHOULD be able to fly.
6 of 8: However, they seem to be missing some pieces.
7 of 8: The color of the boots correspong to the item that you need.

You need to find two gems (one green, one red) and put them in the tip of the shoe.
- Where's the red ruby?
- Where's the green emerald?
