1 of 4: If the aqueduct is not available, you have not finished everything you need to do in Act 7.
2 of 4: There is an item you need to have in your possession before you can progress to Act 8.
3 of 4: You'll need to talk to Ayocuan to receive the item.
4 of 4: The item is a parchment; without it, you will not be able to get back into the Center.
