What's with this feather dresser puzzle?
1 of 15: If you listened to Chacoatl, you'll realize that the only way to progress is to finish his feather shield.
2 of 15: The puzzle is in the corner opposite Chacoatl, on the floor.
3 of 15: Note that the shield is incomplete; you must complete it.
4 of 15: You'll need two things to do that.
5 of 15: You'll need feathers, which are already there in abundance.
6 of 15: You'll need dye, to color the plain white feathers to match the already-started design.
7 of 15: Note the pattern of long feathers, especially at the right side.
8 of 15: It's a repeating pattern.
9 of 15: You'll need to insert the appropriate feathers into the shield so that they alternate red, green, and light-blue.
10 of 15: The remainder of the pattern can be inferred from the existing colors.
11 of 15: You'll need to use the small feathers, and dye each of them appropriately before placing them.
12 of 15: Most of the small feathers fill in small holes and should be the same color as all surrounding feathers.
13 of 15: However, in the large white patch on the very right side of the shield, you'll need to put one column of yellow feathers, followed by a column of dark-blue to the right of that, followed again to the right by a column of red feathers.
14 of 15: If you make a mistake, any feathers can be re-dyed, or placed in other positions.
15 of 15: When you finish correctly, the puzzle will exit automatically.
