The Opposite of the Whistles
1 of 4: This one shouldn't be that hard to decipher. However, getting through the puzzles to get the opposing item can be challenging.
2 of 4: The phrase is Bells and Whistles. No fooling around here.
3 of 4: You will need the bells from the Strengthometer, in Fingers' Arcade in Cutopia.
4 of 4: Once you have defeated the Strengthometer, the bells will be free for the taking. Use them on the Cutifier.
