  • 2 of 4: Talk to the Carecrow.  He will tell you that he wants some new clothing and he will describe the ideal costume.
  • 3 of 4: Follow the Carecrow's description to choose the correct costume.
  • 4 of 4: The correct costume is the Harlequin costume.  Choose that costume from the catalog.  Ms. Fit will give you that costume and a fly costume.
