1 of 4: His cell should be indicated on your holomap.
2 of 4: You'll have to reach it from the inside of the complex.
3 of 4: Go to the center of the complex and head away from the doors. You should find the entrance to his cell at the back of the base.
4 of 4: Kill a guard to get the key to unlock the cell.
