Where can I find the protection spell?

  • 1 of 12: It's on Desert Island.
  • 2 of 12: Actually, it's near Desert Island.
  • 3 of 12: It's on the island that you can view from the telescope on the roof of the Hacienda.
  • 4 of 12: You can't get onto the island until you can find someone who will take you there.
  • 5 of 12: Like Dino-Fly.
  • 6 of 12: Look in the cave on that island.
  • 7 of 12: You can't reach the cave by swimming.
  • 8 of 12: You have to fly over the water.
  • 9 of 12: That requires the protopack.
    (If you haven't heard about the protopack, you will eventually.  Come back to this puzzle later.)
  • 10 of 12: You will find the protective spell in the same room as a large monster.  The spell is in a cage, which will open as soon as you've killed that monster.
  • 11 of 12: You will have to fly over the water to leave this cave once you have the spell.
  • 12 of 12: You will probably find that you need to use your protection spell to help you get across the water without being sunk by either the bats or the blades in the water.
