Where is Raph?
1 of 7: His fiancee is just outside the Weather Wizard's tent. Why don't you talk to her?
2 of 7: She thinks that Raph went to the cliffs.
3 of 7: There is an entrance to the caves in the cliffs just next to the bridge to Woodbridge Island.
4 of 7: Go through the first cave, and you should find yourself out on another cliff.
5 of 7: And you should notice a second cave.
6 of 7: That's where Raph is.
7 of 7: You're going to have to jump across the gap in the walkway, but you should be able to reach that second cave eventually.
