So where do I start looking for the Winter Chip?
1 of 3: You'll need all the information that you can get out of the Colonel's office before you can do anything. Read the first few questions in this section if you haven't managed to find his emergency disk and files.
2 of 3: Once you've read his files, you should be able to go to the Roadside Motel to visit Alaynah Moore.
3 of 3: When you go to see her, she'll give you a passcard to GRS. You can then go there and start your search for Eva Schanzee and the Winter Chip.
