2 of 3: The Sigil can be found in the mountains east of you. Just follow the signs. (Coordinates: 7degrees 17' N by 19 degrees 13' E)
3 of 3: When you find a green banner with the symbol of Justice on it, simply follow a path up the mountain to the Blue Vulture's nest.
