2 of 3: As Raxos has gone quite mad, there's little you'll be able to do about it now. He won't regain his senses until you have cleansed the Shrine of Sacrifice.
3 of 3: Come back and talk to Raxos after you have cleansed the Shrine. You'll be able to convince him to give you the key to Nico's cell.
