I have the Chalice of Honor, but nobody believes it is real!
1 of 5: If you can restore the honor of the one remaining Paladin, you will be believed.
2 of 5: You must talk to several people in a certain order to trigger the proper sequence of events. Begin by showing the Chalice to Lucero, the sad Paladin who stands on the porch above the blacksmith.
3 of 5: Visit the tavern at the Inn next, and talk to the woman innkeeper. People there will tell you about a new guest at the inn.
4 of 5: Go to the rooms (north of the tavern). Now you can open and enter the left (west) guest room.
5 of 5: You will meet Virgil, who is having a terrible time with Phase Spiders near his house.
