Ultima IX: Ascension Hints
Circle of Switches
1 of 5: The watcher's eye is turning round and round. The object is to flip all of the switches in sequence, so they all stay flipped. If the watcher sees you, it will void all of your hard work.
2 of 5: It doesn't matter where you start in the circle, and it doesn't matter in what order. Just get them all to stay down.
3 of 5: Run from switch to switch, clicking on each. (It doesn't sound hard, but it is!) When you have done it correctly, a new area will open.
4 of 5: Go back to the room with the red floor tiles to see the new passage to the south.
5 of 5: The platform requires a Globe, which you should have found in the Western Section of this level. Placing the Globe there opens up the stairs to Level 2.
