Burning Skull
1 of 3: Earlier on Level 2 you may have seen a Red Skull on the floor of a small cell.
2 of 3: From the Teleporter that leads between the levels, head north and pass through the room with the flaming dragon statue.
3 of 3: At the intersection, turn east and look for a room to the south. The Red Skull is lying with some other bones and debris there.
