Ultima IX: Ascension Hints
6th Circle -- Mana Breath
If you have a long underwater swim ahead of you, cast the Mana Breath spell to breathe underwater. It surrounds you in a bubble of air as long as your Mana supply lasts. For shorter swims, drink a Blue Potion.
It quickly drains your Mana, however, so be sure to have some Orange Potions in your tool belt to replenish your supply.
If you leave the water before your Mana runs out, the spell will stop and resume again if you go swimming underwater again.
