1 of 4: Find a Death scroll on the top lava area of The Abyss, where you first arrive.
2 of 4: It is located somewhat on a rocky shelf and is placed next to, appropriately, a dead body.
3 of 4: From the starting spot on this level, find a place to jump up to the ridge north of where you begin.
4 of 4: Walk to your right (east) along the ridge.
