Ultima IX: Ascension Hints
7th Circle -- Frost Storm
1 of 2: Frost Storm is one of the more deadly spells and concentrates more damage into a small area than the similar spell, Searing Rain. It will damage everything underneath it with ice pellets, and thus is effective against a group of enemies.
2 of 2: There is a small delay while the center of the storm floats upward, so time your cast well to have the best effect on your target.
