1 of 3: Killigan in the mayor's house in Britain will tell you where the mayor has gone if you ask him.
2 of 3: The mayor is in Paws trying to rescue his daughter.
3 of 3: Go generally southeast from the bridge leading into Paws. Cross over the wooden planked path to the first house. The mayor is inside.
