How do I kill the Gasbags?
If you have some EightBall ammo, lob it into the room while you stand below. Use bomb mode instead of rocket mode. I also got good results with the Razorjack -- just aim low so there is a lot of bounce in the room. When you go up, there will be nothing left if you are lucky.
