Secret Areas
In the Abbey, there is a Nali secret area which has the Flak Cannon. The floating Nali Priest will come down to help you get into the room. Go through the room, and take the elevator to the top of the bell tower, and grab the Flak Cannon and the Flak Shells. Summon the elevator again, and ride it down.
In the graveyard, around the back of the Abby, is a grave in the last row with a button on the back. Press it to open the grave and see a set of stairs. Through the corridor beyond is a Super Health, the one you may have seen in the well before.
