What do the Neuromancer Rating and Skill Level actually do to me?
The Skill Level is simply there to show what missions you can accept (or even see) and what not. Also, in higher skill levels you can ask for money in advance and/or more money (and get it). It appears that the Neuromancer Rating seems to affect the types of missions that you can get.
