1 of 3: You have the answer if you've read the mission/congratulation pages already.
2 of 3: Revelation won't spread if the 'infectious' system has any security on.
3 of 3: Simply turn any such security off. This is one reason why you should stick to Internal Services Machines -- mainframes don't have the 'Security' menu.
