    Probes an IP for any security systems. Later versions also reveal
    protection levels.
    Versions: 3
    Prices: 2,000c // 4,000c // 5,000c
    Version differences:
    v1.0 -- Scans an IP for security systems
    v2.0 -- Scans an IP for security systems and their Levels
    v3.0 -- Scans an IP for security systems, Levels and Status
    (Enabled/Disabled)

    Notes: OK for midgame, pretty much useless in the end as your v5.0 Bypasses _will_ penetrate any defences no matter what. If you don't feel like you absolutely need it, don't bother with it.
