How do the qualifications actually work?
The Academic record consists of three sections. The 'Grades' section, the 'Qualifications' section and the 'Other Qualifications' section.
'Grades' are as they seem, Grades. They are placed '<subject> <grade>'. (That's six spaces between the subject and grade.) They're organized in the American way, which is (from best to worst): A, B, C, D, F (Failed). The mission page will contain the grade you need to give him. [No women get academic results in 2010 :( ]
'Qualifications' are completed studies. Class 1 is the best, Class 3 the worst. There shouldn't be any jobs where you need to place the study's name, but they should be like '<study>, Class <X>'.
'Other Qualifications' are special achievements. They have no grades. They include 'Systems Engineering diploma', 'Certified Systems Engineer', 'IEE Acreditation'(yes, it's spelled that way), 'Btec in IT', 'Diploma in Computing'.
