Uru: The Path of the Shell Hints
How long do I have to wait?
of 9: 4:10 -- "The number of the watcher is six hundred and twenty five."
of 9: Having completed Ahnonay and Er'cana, you've seen the number 625 somewhere before.
of 9: It was in Kadish's room on Ahnonay, written inside a clock, next to a picture of the connected Bahro Caves.
of 9: So, as you learned when dropping pellets from the top Bahro Cave (via Er'cana) to the bottom Bahro Cave (via Ahnonay), you had to wait for the pellets to drop. How long? 625.
of 9: 625 what you ask? It's not quite 625 seconds, though it's close. Closer examination of Kadish's room will reveal the answer.
of 9: Next to the Bahro Cave diagram is a sort of D'ni clock. When you turn it on, it ticks.
of 9: Each of these ticks is a unit of time. You need to wait 625 "ticks" of this clock.
of 9: For simplicity's sake, count how how many seconds it takes for, say, 25 ticks. Then, multiply this number by 25. That is how many seconds you must wait.
of 9: In the end, it's approximately 15 minutes. Just be patient and wait.
