How do I lower the broken bridge?
1 of 2: In order to lower it, you have to run onto it from the dock side and jump on it.
2 of 2: If you didn't touch a Journey Cloth on that side of the bridge, you'll first have to get to the docks by exiting the prison through the main door. Once you're there, jump on the bridge to lower it, and then return to the prison to finish solving this puzzle. (Of course, you could then also touch the Journey Cloth at the docks while you're there.)
