How do I get to the Nexus?

  • 1 of 5: The Nexus is accessible from nearly any part of the D'ni cavern.  At first, though, the only part of the cavern you have access to is the neighborhood of Bevin.
  • 2 of 5: Explore Bevin carefully.
  • 3 of 5: During your exploration, you should come across a bookstand with a book lying on it next to what sort of looks like a mailbox.
  • 4 of 5: The "mailbox" object is a KI reader and the book is the Linking Book to the Nexus.
  • 5 of 5: As you explore the D'ni cavern, you will come across several other Nexus Linking Books and KI readers.  All of these books link to the same place -- the Nexus -- from which you can access any location you have on your list.  Also, once you go to the Nexus once, a yellow Nexus Linking Book will appear on your bookshelf in your Relto for convenient access to the Nexus.
