The Nexus
The Nexus is a small room with only one thing in it -- a small device that looks like a mailbox next to a screen. Using your KI, this mechanism allows you to access a linking book to any part of the D'ni cavern you've been to. In order to add a link to the Nexus computer, place your hand (with KI attached) into the slot (that looks like a mailbox) next to the Nexus linking book. The next time you go to the Nexus, that location will be accessible.
