Uru: Ages Beyond Myst Hints
How do I make the antenna follow the sun?
1 of 6: The sun stays level while rotating to your left.
2 of 6: So try to find the sun and then match its position *and* speed with the controls available to you.
3 of 6: Click on the left button three times (from a stationary position), and the antenna should catch up with and eventually pass the sun. (If you can't see the sun at all, you may need to move the antenna up a bit first as well, so you're looking at more sky than ground.)
4 of 6: Just as the antenna is getting ready to pass the sun from right to left, click on the right button once to slow the antenna down slightly. If your timing is right, the sun should stay roughly in the horizontal center of your viewfinder. If you overshoot or undershoot the target, so that the speed is correct but the position is not centered, click on the left or right button to speed up or slow down the antenna briefly, and then click on the opposite button to match the speed once again.
5 of 6: Once you've matched the horizontal position and speed, you can adjust the center of the viewfinder to line up with the sun vertically as well. Since the sun remains level vertically, just click on the up or down button once to move the antenna slowly, and then click on the opposite button to stop the antenna when it's in the correct position.
6 of 6: You don't need to get the sun exactly in the center of the viewfinder -- just fairly close. You will hear machinery starting to run as soon as you've gotten both the speed and position correct.
