Uru: Ages Beyond Myst Hints
I'm on the next level, but that just seems to be a dead-end!
1 of 15: First, if you haven't found a way to get up to the next level, see the following hints.
2 of 15: Once you're up there, you'll find that there isn't much you can explore on this level yet. But there still is a bit of a puzzle to solve here.
3 of 15: Go from the room with the fallen floor and back out to the outer hallway, and look around there carefully.
4 of 15: You should see a gap in the outer wall of this hallway, with some kind of moving stone blocking any further passage.
5 of 15: Well, it may look like the stone is blocking passage, but there is a way through that.
6 of 15: Just wait.
7 of 15: Every 30 seconds or so, you should see a hole in the stone itself.
8 of 15: That's your exit out of here.
9 of 15: Just run up to the stone when the gap appears, and your avatar will automatically jump through it to another room.
10 of 15: If you need a little bit of a warning, you may see a slight chip in the stone -- smaller than a full gap -- a second or two before the actual gap appears.
11 of 15: You don't need to worry getting crushed in the stone by jumping through a little too late -- your avatar won't run through the gap if he/she can't make it. So you may just want to go to the end of the gap in the wall and keep running at the stone, even if the opening isn't visible yet. When the opening in the stone appears, you'll then get to the other side.
12 of 15: You'll then be in some kind of gear room on the other side of the wall that you just jumped through.
13 of 15: And you should find that there is more than one opening in the wall.
14 of 15: Wait around the gap, and you'll see that there is a second opening, larger than the one that you first jumped through.
15 of 15: Go through that, and you'll find yourself in the control room for this fortress. That's where you'll find your next puzzle.
