1 of 3: All you need to do is return to the spatula shop and use your newly-acquired four-inch metallic object to open the door.
2 of 3: Use the key, and the nice lady will come out and allow you to take the horse.
3 of 3: It will automatically be relocated to Madame Strigoi's place and you're all set to carry on with your item hunt!
