How can I distract the band leader?
1 of 8: In order to distract him, you're going to need to use his own foibles against him.
2 of 8: He certainly seems like a bit of a womanizer, doesn't he? Let's use that.
3 of 8: Did you find any... accessible women around the town anywhere?
4 of 8: How about a woman of particularly loose virtue?
5 of 8: Speak with Iris outside the stadium at the top of the stairs after you've spoken with the band leader and the policeman outside the stadium.
6 of 8: She will agree to help you distract the band leader. However, before you do that, you're going to need to "take care" of that policemen. I make that an errand-within-errand-within-errand-within-errand, don't you? :)
