How do I get past the gate at the back of the courtyard?
1 of 8: Look around the gate area for something that might serve to unlock the gate.
2 of 8: There is no gear mechanism, like there is for the two large doors.
3 of 8: But there is some kind of keypad to the left of the gate.
4 of 8: The keypad is on a 4x4 grid. Try playing with it to see what happens.
5 of 8: It appears that it's expecting a 3-key sequence, and resets itself after every third key press.
6 of 8: Where might you find a clue for the 3-character code needed to activate this mechanism?
7 of 8: There are actually two separate places to get closed for this code. One is quicker to find but harder to decipher; the other is clearer, but takes more time to find.
