Voyage Hints
But somehow, when I clicked on a button, the cover closed slightly!
1 of 4: Entering correct answers causes the cover to open step-by-step. However, answering incorrectly will cause the cover to close slightly.
2 of 4: If you have already entered one or more correct answers (but not yet enough to fully open the cover and unlock the gate), and then enter an incorrect answer, you will "backtrack". That is, you will undo some of the correct answers you have already entered, and will now have to enter more correct answers to fully open the cover.
3 of 4: In the initial puzzle (i.e., the first time you have entered this area, and are now trying to unlock the gate to go back out), each incorrect answer causes the clover to close one step (i.e., "undo" one correct answer).
4 of 4: If you come back to this area, and need to do this puzzle a second time (or more), incorrect answers will carry greater and greater penalties.
