Voyage Hints
What is that clue?
of 15: Have you explored the underground caverns all the way down to Level 6 yet? (If not, what follows could be considered a "spoiler".)
of 15: Have you been in the Hall of Ancient Antiquities?
of 15: And did you find anything there that you brought out with you?
of 15: What about a painting?
of 15: On the left side of the room (as you faced into the room), at the far end (the position number on the floor is "24") and directly across from the decanter measure, are several niches holding a number of objects.
of 15: One of these is a painting -- "The Tunnel of Communication".
of 15: After you have picked up this painting, read about it in the log.
of 15: It says that "another work lies underneath".
of 15: And "it could be revealed through treatment with a pad moistened with dissolvent".
of 15: Combine the painting, the cotton, and the dissolvent in inventory to see a new painting -- "Lumenplay in the Grotto".
of 15: Be sure to read about the painting in the log.
of 15: There appears to be a riddle of some sort, hidden in the painting.
of 15: The riddle says "How many times in the space of one lunar day and one lunar night does the earth hide its face? Place the twenties near the right eye, the digits near the left eye, and you will attain the treasure hidden in the nasal cavity of the Most High."
of 15: The riddle is referring to a single lunar cycle, or a complete moon "phase".
